Varinha Mágica da Europa

Não importa o quão inacreditável possa parecer, em algumas partes do mundo existem lugares que não estão habituados à maneira ocidental de ver a vida. Nem sempre é assim, mas na maioria das vezes acontece que quando alguém vem para a nossa sociedade, segue os nossos costumes que frequentemente não são iguais aos do seu país de origem. Além disso, quando são envolvidas novas tecnologias e as suas dinâmicas, as coisas pioram. Por isso, o ICTEEN (um projeto europeu que envolve meninas adolescentes imigrantes vindas da União Europeia) dá notoriedade às boas práticas que existem na Europa para essas meninas, e como elas se desenvolvem. Ter essas práticas na Europa é útil e justo. A Associação Sójovem, os participantes e também entidades oficiais estão todos envolvidos no projecto ICTEEN. Proporcionar a essas meninas ferramentas para a sua inclusão na nossa sociedade é o objetivo, de forma a evitar problemas culturais de grande nível. Para ser mais preciso, este projeto envolve cinco associações de diferentes países:

  • A organização líder do projeto é a INNETICA, de Espanha. É uma associação sem fins lucrativos que tem como missão promover a cooperação entre entidades de toda a Europa, a fim de promover os valores europeus.
  • A associação “Terram Pacis” da Noruega é uma organização independente, democrática, humanitária e sem fins lucrativos, muito apaixonada pela educação de jovens que visa o desenvolvimento da capacidade juvenil.
  • “Drustvoza Razvijnanje Prostovoljnega dela NovoMesto (DRPNM)” é uma organização não governamental e humanitária eslovena que trabalha por interesse público na área da assistência social, juventude e cultura, a fim de alcançar a inclusão de grupos socialmente excluídos e estimular as organizações não governamentais no que toca ao desenvolvimento de jovens e diálogo civil.
  • Proveniente de Italia, a associação “Io Noi” é uma organização empenhada em realizar intervenções no domínio das políticas culturais, ambientais e de serviço social, privilegiando intervenções destinadas a promover campanhas de sensibilização sobre os temas dos direitos das crianças, direitos sociais e multiculturalismo.
  • De Portugal, a “Associação Sójovem das Sabreiras” tem como principal objetivo promover a educação, a cultura, a inclusão social, o empreendedorismo e a ocupação saudável em atividades recreativas e desportivas para os jovens e comunidade em geral.

O ICTEEN está em funcionamento desde dezembro de 2019 e está prestes a findar em janeiro de 2021. Com este projeto pretendemos reforçar que essas jovens têm o poder de se mostrar da forma que pretendem. As organizações esforçam-se, como interlocutoras, para lhes mostrar como se podem desenvolver na nossa sociedade. Um exemplo de prática de empoderamento poderia ser o projeto denominado “Promover o Empreendedorismo Imigrante” (PEI), que desenvolve uma atitude empreendedora perante a vida, promovendo a autoestima e a autoconfiança, como forma de desenvolver competências de gestão pessoal, social e empresarial, fundamental para a criação de um negócio. É uma forma de dar oportunidade a alguém com alma empreendedora de se assumir e viver a vida da melhor maneira possível.
